Collection and Use
BrightSmiles is the sole owner of the information collected on
www.brightsmiles.com. We will not sell, share, or rent this information
to others whatsoever, with the exception of e-commerce, which
is handled by PayPal. PayPal collects information needed for an
online transaction, but only transmits buyer's name and contact
information in order for us to complete a transaction. At NO time
does BrightSmiles have access to the credit card information of
our buyers. PayPal maintains that information and does not share
it at any time.
Cookies
www.brightsmiles.com does not track your use of the Internet with
“cookies.” When you go to make a purchase through
BrightSmiles.com, a short string of code may be sent to your computer’s
memory from PayPal. This “session-based” cookie lets
PayPal know you already entered your password as you go to different

Log Files
Each time a computer accesses the Internet, it uses a temporary
IP address. Servers identify these numeric addresses, but not
the individual using it. We use IP addresses to analyze trends,
